    We are a little rescue in Prosser WA. We have been rescueing dogs since August of 2005 and we have found homes for 2600 pets already. We are a Tax Exempt 501C3 rescue. We are in need of foster homes, food, and also someone who may know how to right some grants. We have been working with the animal control officers in the surrounding towns and we have been making a differrence. We run this rescue out of my grooming shop and my dream is to make a shelter/rescue area big enough to help house our animal control dogs, strays, and owner surrenders. We are trying to get a spay/neuter room, office, play yard area, and indoor/outdoor kennels in this building. I would love to see a place that we can groom and also run the rescue out of which would have enough room to hold these dogs until we can put the into a foster home. Right now, we have 4 foster homes and we need many more but, until then we need a place a get these pets off the streets. Our pets are posted on petfinder.com but, I would like to post them on more sites so, I can get them seen more. All of our pets come with all of their shots and if old enough they are spayed or neutered. They are all crate trained, pottytrained, leashtrained, and treated like one of the family.     We are a small dog rescue group in Austin, TX that focuses on finding forever homes for dogs abandoned by their owners and found as strays. All dogs are kept in approved foster homes while awaiting their forever home. At a minimum, dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and up to date on heartworm prevention prior to placement.     Hugs For Hounds is an organization devoted to sheltering, caring for and rehoming unwanted and homeless Dogs and Puppies. We are a small, non-profit organization of VOLUNTEERS, volunteers being the key word. We are not running a business and have no paid employees.
